Overview
Trust is a big factor in any personal finance product, so for Maybe, we had to get that right from the very first touchpoint – onboarding.
I was responsible for designing an onboarding flow that focused on understanding the customer’s goals, helping with account recall, maximizing trust-building opportunities and adding moments of delight throughout.
